Q: What kind of a site is this?
A: This is my (new) personal home page that offers some unique things that other sites don't.
Q: Who are you?
A: My name is Zoran Karavla (aka The-Error), I'm form Serbia, Novi Sad and I like to make graphics (among other things).
Q: And what is this site about?
A: This site offers web templates, logos, icons, wallpapers and other graphics upon your request.
Q: OK, but what does it make so unique and special?
A: The unique and special thing about this site is that YOU specifies how much money are you going to pay for the graphic you request!
Q: So what are you saying, that when I request a logo/icon/or whatever graphic I want, I can name my own price for that graphic?
A: Yes! Unlike other sites that sell premade graphics and web templates, this site lets you choose what you want and how much you want to pay for it!
Q: Does that mean I can pay you like $1 for a requested graphic?
A: If you think that graphic I made for you worths 1$, then yes!
Q: Does this go for all the graphic?
A: Yes. But if you request a web template, there is a minimum fee of €70, because web templates are harder to make. So it's €70 + your price.
Q: What do I get when I request a web template?
A: One custom made web page, that you specified. This includes a HTML file with graphics (compatible with Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 ), and a PSD source file (compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS, and above). And you get all rights reserved for that template. Its yours, you can do whatever you want with it.
Q: Do you make flash templates too?
A: No. Only static templates.
Q: What do I get when I request a logo/icon/wallpaper/other graphic?
A: You get exactly what you requested, one graphic which includes a full quality JPEG file and one transparent PNG version of the same graphic (that goes for icons and logos). You get all rights reserved for that graphic, but you do not get the PSD file. If you want the PSD file you have to pay extra 10$ for it. If you request 5 or more graphics at the time you will get the PSD files for free.
Q: OK, but whats the catch?
A: The only catch is that I do not have to accept your request if I don't want to.
Q: Do I get to see the finished graphic/template before I pay for it?
A: Yes, of course.
Q: What if I don't like the graphic you made for me?
A: You don't pay for it, and you don't get the graphic. And that same graphic becomes available on this site under GPL or Creative Commons License, so everyone can use it.
Q: How and when do I pay for the graphic/template?
A:When its finished, you can pay for it via:
- PayPal
- Moneybookers
- Direct bank transfer (contact me for details)
- Regular mail (contact me for details)
After I receive the payment you will get your files via e-mail you supplied.
Q: How do I know that I will receive my graphic/template when I pay you?
A: You don't. But if I don't send you, my site will quickly get a bad name, and I don't want that to happen because of a few dollars.
Q: How do I request a graphic/template?
A: Post a request topic on the discuss board. The post should look like this:
1.Detailed description of your request.
2.Your price.
3.Your e-mail.
Q: I really like your work, can I hire you for some job?

Q: I have some other questions that are not in the FAQ, how can I contact you?
