1. I've changed my mind about the vision of the logo. I want the logo to be just a smiley face, without a party hat and without a party whistle. (This last one is almost perfect). Now it's easier for you.
2. Do not use that type of glow effect anymore on the entire face, because the yellow that I like appears only in the lower part of the smiley. Just use exactly this yellow colour without a very obvious glow effect.
3. Could you please use only on the eyes (especially on the pupils) the same effect that you've used it here? I really like how the eyes are looking. It makes them more "human" with that effect.
4. Under the smiley please use this name. The screws should look like these ones Use as background the same yellow and red colours that you used in the smiley face. The text should be with capital letters in bold. I'll let you choose the font type, but it should be something professional (not too kiddish). The text should have the same width as the smiley.

Ok. It looks perfect, but 3 more things:

1. Please make the text a little bigger. Resize it as long as its width will be exactly 800px and, automatically its height also will be bigger. (Nevermind the extensions for the "S" and "A" letters, I'll take care of it)
2. Make the screws exactly 4 times bigger.
3. Make the dimension of the logo exactly 800x800
