Hey man...Ive seen quite a few of your CSS designs and there extremely well done. Couple of questions...

I like your idea of the consumer (us) throwing out an offer but I have absolutely no idea what I need would cost. My site, just got the domain 2 days ago, needs some bigtime organization. I need a main page thats nice and dark with options to go to a blog,pictures and video. Very very simple and I can do everything except the damn code. CSS and flash are my enemies but photoshop and illustrator are my best friends. So anyways, feels free to see my lame home page, its just a video of my favorite MMA fighter right now...any ideas??

PS I do all my graphic work so I dont need help there...

Ok thats how its looks now, but do you have a mockup or something that you are working on, that has a structure of the site?

These are just logo, player, counter and comments - center aligned, but no structure, no graphics, just dark background... im not sure what you need help with...?
